We take pride in making sure that every client gets the best possible settlement for their case. Because each situation is nuanced and has different challenges, our commitment to our clients requires meticulous attention to detail and many hours of behind-the-scenes research. We put everything we have into getting our clients the compensation they need. To show you how and why we do what we do, we want to share a few client stories with you.
We recently represented our client, a construction worker in his 60s, who was hard at work on a site when he fell through a hole that a contractor had neglected to cover. Our client suffered some severe internal injuries as a result. He initially hired an attorney, but he received little attention or help with his case. But when he came to us with his story, we knew that he had two potential cases: a negligence case against the contractor who left the hole uncovered and a workers’ compensation case. In the end, we won him over $3 million in compensation, in addition to getting all of his medical expenses covered by the insurance companies.
Another client of ours was a passenger in a rental car while her friend was driving. The driver was speeding and ended up causing an accident. Although the driver was at fault, his insurance refused to cover our client’s medical bills in spite of her back injuries, hospitalization, and subsequent surgery. The initial law firm she sought out told her that she didn’t have a case. But when we heard her story, we were confident we could help get her life back on track by getting her the compensation she needed for recovery. We represented her in two separate personal injury cases: one against the driver and one against the rental company’s insurance. With our assistance, our client received $1 million in damages.
Our client, a construction worker, was busy working at a Jobsite when a contractor dropped materials on him, injuring his leg and back. A former client of ours referred the construction worker to us—proof that word of mouth is powerful! When he shared the details of his story with us, we assured him that we could assist him in getting the compensation he so deserved. We represented that client in a personal injury suit against the contractor and filed a workers’ compensation case for him as well. Between the two lawsuits, he received $1.8 million.
Our client, who was only 16 year old, had been seriously injured when he was run over by a commercial construction company’s truck. The insurance company initially refused to pay a dime and denied his claim, but the top priority for our experienced team members was that our client would get the compensation he deserved. Our dedicated attorneys fought hard to get the insurers to play fair, and our client received $14 million in damages.
We recently represented our client, an erdely woman who fell in a restaurant. When she fell, witnesses noticed that the restaurant floor was greasy - putting at risk their own staff and customer. Due to the accident, our client had to undergo intensive treatments and she even ended-up needing knee surgery. Our experienced attorneys knew that our client needed immediate care to ensure she could recover as fast as possible without presenting further complications. In the end, we secured $600 thousand in compensation.
We represented a mom and daughter who had been involved in a car accident and sustained injuries. Our clients had first contacted another attorney who mishandled their case and claimed that there was no case and no compensation was owed to them. But our experienced team reviewed the case records and immediately knew our clients deserved to be compensated for the accident. We represented both, the mom and the daughter, and at the end we were able to get the medical treatment they needed for recovery and fair compensation for all damages. The mom underwent back surgery and with our assistance, our client received $1 million in damages.
Another client of ours, a young man, lost part of his arm after a work-related injury. When our client contacted us, we heard his story and knew we had to ensure he was properly compensated for the life-changing damages received. Our client had to undergo surgery, and had to endure many hours of therapy. He lost money because he was unable to work and had many unexpected expenses due to the accident. Our dedicated attorneys fought hard to get the insurers to play fair, and our client received more than $2 million in damages.
Our client, a young man, was working at a carwash when he was hit by a car. He sustained serious back injuries that needed immediate treatment in order to get his life back. Due to the accident, our client spent hours receiving medical treatment and was forced to put a hold to his regular job. Our client felt overwhelmed, but our experienced and dedicated team fought for fair compensation and ensured he received proper medical treatment. In the end, we secured over $1.3 million in compensation.
